I agree, salesman is very rude when answering phones. Sounds like he doesn't want to work. The hitch I was looking at getting was out of stock and basically he was like "oh well", I can call you when it comes in. He offered little assistance in selling anything and with the economy like it is, you think he would be all over this call to make the sale. I guess this company doesn't need the money.

very rude counter help has no idea .. or knoledge of products or services.. salesman rude.. do not suggest the abuse on anyone...
