We hired on Mike and his crew at MBD Home Renovations after selecting him over 3 other contractors after a 6-month search. We needed to do six major energy-efficiency renovations on our home. Our biggest, and happiest, surprise was the he is the most “on-time” contractor I have ever known. The work done by Mike and his team was expert workmanship, precise and detailed, and was performed on schedule every step of the way. MBD did a full upgrade to our home: walls-attic-floor insulation, upgraded and reframed all windows and doors for the installation of our new energy-efficient windows and doors, new siding, new porch and pillars in front, primed and painted outside of home and painted doors. Every step of the way, Mike offers meticulous attention to detail to ensure the end results are top quality. We want him back soon to do a room addition, and renovate the kitchen and baths.
