This could have been a poor review, but efforts by Budget personnel on my behalf have turned something terrible into a satisfactory situation. I would especially like to thank Budget's customer service representatives for handling my situation with tact and expediency. I rented a car from the company in Milwaukee, but I experienced car trouble, which resulted in my absence from my grandmother's visitation. Jim, the store manager in St. Cloud, MN, is an excellent representative of the company. He understandably followed proper procedures and provided me with a new vehicle, and I did not miss carrying my grandmother's casket the next morning. After speaking with the customer service representatives, they fielded my complaint professionally, made a wrong right and will have my business as a satisfied customer. Budget, I would like to thank you for being a company that cares about its customers. This type of effort is not common, and I appreciate how you do business. Thank you.
