I have lived at The Blackstone Apartments for 32 years and I love it. It's affordable and clean and safe. I think if a person doesn't like living in a apartment building they should move. I especially like the pool table next to the laundry room and there is a nice Fitness Center too! The neighborhood is incredible, there's a very nice supermarket right across the street with a Starbucks! Milwaukee is very nice.

I've rented from this company for 4 years. I recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment. My manager Jim was always very pleasant and was on top of keeping the building secure. I had an issue with something needing to be fixed and talked to Kelly at the office and she went above and beyond to help me to make sure it got fixed. Great company and a quality aparmtment

DO NOT i repeat DO NOT rent from Key Management. I've lived in the black stone apartments for one year and cannot wait to move out. The building manager is EXTREMELY rude and gone as far as hang up the phone on me when i ask a simple question. When you call the office (by the way the office address is not correct on google and is no where to be found) you get about a 25% chance of them actually answering when they say there office hours are 830-4 mon-fri. I left multiple messages for the office and no one returned my calls.



Not only is everyone unresponsive but it takes them about 3 weeks after the first of the month to deposit your check, so by the time they deposit your check its time to pay rent again. The apartments are very old and need to be updated (also extremely dirty when i first moved in). My advice look elsewhere, this management SUCKS.

I would never recommend this company. They only do yearly lease no matter how many years you have been in their apartment.

there are tons of apartment that you do one year lease then it became monthly. but this is weird.

and there are always accidents around the corner of 18 street and Wisconsin ave.

So in order to be safe and save your money, do not contact this company.

I have lived in the Sunrise Apartments for over a year, and cannot wait to get the [expletive] out of here.



Site manager is pretty much never around / non respondent, except when she has a problem with something. Quick to hand out warnings without talking to you.



Manager also places notes on door about things that tenants do wrong like an RA in a dorm... its getting pretty ridiculous.



Finally, the management company takes forever to cash rent checks, and has also lost mine more than once. Also, no drop box, you are forced to spend money on postage, which is ridiculous. No e-payment options.



Renter beware.
