      This is in response to the last review. Before you have any tool repaired, you should know your own costs for a new tool. Pagel has supplied parts for my bucket truck and they have rebuild my Knock out sets.
      These guys are professional tradesmen and they are entitled to charge like a professional.
      I received great service, The tools that I had repaired were expensive tools and the repairs were done in the way I would expect.
      Some tools just are not worth repairing, this in no way means that the guy fixing them charged to much.

      THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!

      I went down there becuase on there website they said "FREE ESTIMATES". To any person this means you drop your unit off they check it out and give you a "FREE ESTIMATE" on what it would cost to fix it right? WRONG I dropped it off to get a estimate but instead they decided to go ahead and start working on it with out my approval because if they would have called first before working on it they know I would have told them to HOLD OFF because of the surprise bill they gave me!!! Who ever I was talking to most likely the owner sounded cranky and had a used car dealer type of attitude on the phone with me. One person actually warned me about them. He told me they wanted to fix his Hydraulic jack for the price of what a new one would cost at the store. I figure with a FREE ESTIMATE how could I go wrong. PLEASE DO NOT GO and learn from my mistakes.
