      Risk Management Planning Group, founded in 1984, is a claims service organization specializing in the administration of insurance programs. The company administers more than five safety group programs in the New York State Insurance Fund in various industries. It also administers onshore and offshore captive programs, large deductible programs as well as pure, traditional self-insurance programs, such as the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's workers' compensation program. Its staff has experience in several industries, including hospital and health care, fire services, construction, industrial hygiene, public utility, transportation safety and nursing. RMPG also represents insurance companies as the third party administrator wherein the claims administration services are subcontracted to it. The company is headquartered in Mineola, N.Y.
