      Community Emergency Assistance Programs (CEAP) empower our neighbors in need by providing food, clothing, and personalized support to help them establish their path to stability and independence. CEAP is a local Twin Cities, MN charity that has given food, clothing, referrals, and more to families in need since 1970! We serve Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Champlin (east of 169), and Anoka County.
