Great showroom, the sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful by listening to our needs and offering suggestions to help us select the right boat.

Terrible service. They broke my planer while winterizing the boat, lied about it and REFUSED to fix it. The lower unit oil they used was old, USED oil. I will never go near that place again.

This place has a huge selection in their parts department. The guys at the parts counter were very helpful what I was looking for.

I recently spent a considerable amount of money on a new, used boat package from Dans Southside Marine and was highly unimpressed with the way that they treat their customers (especially a 1st time customer). It took a turn for the worse when I experienced multiple issues the first two times on the water. I brought it back into the dealership for repair only to be told that I was on my own as these items were not under warranty and they did not feel that they had any ownership in this matter other than to charge substantial repair fees. Apparently ethics, good will and building customer relationships are not included in this dealerships business model. Needless to say, I will not purchase another boat from Dans Southside Marine.
