I was turned away at 7:30 pm with only two other customers, and two stylists. Treated so disrespectfully I would not come to this store ever again.And done is a very disrespectful manner, and was even called a jerk.

I turn on the radio noticing there was a deal on ALL OVER COLOR SPECIALS at Fantastic Sam's so i decided to pop on in...i met a rather nice long blonde her lady who helped the other stylist with my color consult. As i sat and waited to get started i notice my stylist was rather confused, as we proceed, i notice another stylist with glasses and curly hair came over and try to take over my color i was already iffy from the start but to st in between a two stylist and listen to them go back and forth was a bit annoying but they got over it and moved on. The stylist proceed to apply my color, now i am a smoker and i am use to a stylist applying my color in about 20 minutes but this stylist took forty five minutes and all i was thinking is I NEED A SMOKE! any ways fast forward service was slow , service wasn't that great and i left NO TIP! i don't think i would ever go back
