Class went smoothly, even with the updated material. Class environment was comfortable. Cindi was knowledgeable, well prepared, friendly, and most welcoming. I'd recommend the BLS for Healthcare providers course to those who need it for work, and it'd be helpful for non-healthcare workers to know also!

Cindi was organized, well-paced and informatative yet entertaining/enjoyable. She gave good feedback and structured the class appropriately for those taking the class that day, rather than "cookie cut" her presentation.

In the future, I know I will be signing up for her class rather than take it through my office...WAY more fun, efficient and effective.

Cindi was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and so sweet with my kiddos. She even did a project with them and allowed them to observe me practicing my skills. She came to my house which is an awesome service to provide. I highly recommend Heart and Soul and will be scheduling again in two years!

Wonderful experience! This class was very informative and effective in teaching everything I needed to know regarding CPR. The class was fun and interactive and the instructor was kind, approachable and very knowledgeable. Great instructor! She is friendly, polite, encouraging to everyone, and takes the time to make certain that every person there feels confident in what they are doing. I recently moved and chose to make the two hour drive in order to renew my BLS HCP with Cindi. I highly recommend her classes.
