      I want to give this no stars! I've been trying to get someone to respond to me for 3 months. I have a fan that's noisy, I called to see if I should adjust something. "I'll call you back." They'd shuffle through papers and were never able to find my order. "We'll definitely call you back..." I heard this over and over. Never, ever go here if you expect customer service.
