The Little Earth Neighborhood Early Learning Center serves American Indian families and the Phillips neighborhood. The center is a part of the Little Earth of United Tribes, which is a provider of housing options for urban American Indians in Minneapolis. The organization operates more than 200 housing units that provide shelter to over 900 people.
