Welcome to our Brooklyn Park clinic. We offer convenient care for your entire family, with same-day appointments and extended hours. We also have pediatric walk-in care and urgent care. Many specialty services are available on-site, including eye care and mammography. If you need a prescription, our pharmacy will make sure you leave our clinic with everything you need to feel better. Call 855-FAIRVIEW to schedule your appointment. Please note: We are changing the name of this location to align with our new brand, M Health Fairview. However, you may still encounter our former branding while we update signage and materials.
