      do not go here , the waitress is very rude didnt even wait our table and food wasnt that great . we left hungry !

      The Panda Garden Located in Andover MN. This is a very dirty restuarant. A number of the plates were dirty and I had lipstick on my pop cup. Very Gross. The Ice Cream area was very dirty, along with many other of the buffet areas. Not to mention the sitting area of the restuarant. This restuarant needs to clean up their act. This place I will never visit again.
