What a dump. A one star ⭐️ is not low enough for this review, it should be a “minus” -⭐️ Rating. Toilets run constantly and was told by the maintenance man to use a hammer to tap the valve! WTH! Bath and Kitchen faucets are old and can’t regulate hot and cold water very well. Kitchen is too small to cook in. The owner speaks to you and other residents in an extremely rude and condescending tone, Owner is always grumpy. Warning, they will keep most of your deposit money when you terminate your lease and vacate. Don’t rent here. Better places around the area. Owner will give you the riot act if you have a pet visit you!

Unfortunately, this management company is far below what I would consider acceptable. The landlord is a bitter woman who writes passive aggressive notes that are weirdly unprofessional. The maintenance man DOES NOT give advance notice when he enters your apartment at all and is INCREDIBLY rude when you make maintenance requests. We have had 2 window panes missing in our windows for about a month now with actual holes to the outside air and nothing has been done about them. All in all, would not recommend at all. Overpriced for not a very nice place.

Overpriced aging apartments managed by an unpolite mean woman who is extremely judgy and unrealistic about costs. She will keep your diposite in the best of conditions.
