She took less than 10 minutes to finish my haircut. She was very unprofessional and unkind. It was a terrible experience.... I will never go there again.

This is the worst one I ever had. Stay away from it.



I went to Shin's hair salon for straight perm. The attitude of the korean lady was bad. She did not treat you as a customer who should be treated. She is lazy and does not pay attention to the job and you at all. The whole process should take about 2-3 hours, but she did not do all steps, and she just wanted to get the customer out of the salon and make more money as fast as possbible.



During the process, she kept talking with another korean lady in korean, and ignored you and your request.



In about 1 hour, she finished, and hair does not look as good as I expected and requested. and the cost is not cheap at all.



I went home. In about 1 hour, I felt very itchy on my neck and back. And skin became very red, and swollen. I did a lot of perms before, but never had any allergy. This must be because of the bad quality or expired product the lady used for my hair. I immediately changed my clothes, and washed my hair completely, then separated my neck and back from my hair using a towel. I hoped maybe it may get better or disappear after a while. However, the situaton became worse and worse, I could not fall into sleep the whole night, and my whole body, including my face, was very itchy, red and swollen.



I called the lady to explain my situation, and asked for the name of the hair product because I will need the information when I see a doctor. I tried several times, but she simply ignored me.



I am very frustrated by her. If I don't get refund, i will definitely sue her.
