Don't be fooled by the presentation. Wealshire dose not live up to the standards they set for themselves or present to new family's applying for entry. Usually Do not meet staffing requirements as stated in presentation. Be sure to get any promise outside of the general agreement in writing. Expect a cost of living increase every year regardless of what your starting month was. Don't let the building , which is very nice, be your sole reason for making a decision. The building is designed to capture your decision. Your loved ones statis can be changed from one level to another without any recourse. This generates more income for Wealshire. Be sure and visit other facilities before making a choice. Wealshire is not perfect but probably rates above many other similar memory car units.
