I couldn't tell you how their radiological services are because I couldn't get past the lazy and rude billing department person to get an appointment scheduled. Whenever I spoke to her she acted like I was really wasting her time and she couldn't wait for me to get off the phone. After two weeks, she still hadn't contacted my insurance company like she promised and told me twice that she couldn't get through to them on the provider line. Not understanding why it was so difficult to get through to them, I contacted the insurance company myself and got through to them within 30 seconds using the same telephone number. The insurance company didn't understand why she couldn't reach them either. I realized she had lied to me when I called her back and found out that she no longer had my pertinent insurance information I had given her. This is just the type of person who drives business away. It was too much stress and hassle dealing with this company and I will never try to go there again!
