Initially, I was satisfied with Zolman Tire's install of 4 new tires on my Jeep. But now (a month later), I have discovered that they scratched my clear coat and torqued my wheels on in excess of 230 pounds. I found this out when trying to install new brakes. Maximum torque for wheel lugs on a Jeep Cherokee is only 110 pounds. Taking the wheels off involved drilling out the studs because most of the lugs sheared. I paid $35 for steel cutting drill bits, and another $95 for all new lugs and studs. I can't imagine what it would have cost me if I hadn't done the work myself. I didn't have Zolman Tire do the work because I figured that if Zolman's technicians were this careless with putting the wheels on, I couldn't even imagine what they would have done to take the wheels off. It makes me sick to think of how much time and money I've wasted in damages, just for a simple tire install. Please, please, please GO ELSEWHERE!

Items was stolen from my vehicle. The owner was no help and would not talk to me. Also claimed I would be eligible for a rebate and never got one. Buyer be ware.

THE manager of this store runs and makes up thing as he goes I check on mounting and balancing OF 4 tires there brand & then if I brought in my own tires / ALSO I want to get an alingment of my mothers vech. He told me a price 20.00 higher then the price at any other zolman store.HE has no customer skills, or manners wears his fellins on his sleeve a real class --- If you no what I mean I told him that D&D TIRE COULD DO IT FOR 56.00 / 4.00 LESS THEN HIS REG PRICE OF 60.00 I WOULD OF PAID THAT TO SAVE TIME BUT WOULD NOT PAY THE MARKED UP PRICE OF 80.00 AND TO THINK THEY SAY THEY WON'T BE UNDER SOLD. NO THEY WILL PISS IT ALL A WAY WITH A BOSS LIKE THIS
