Very pleased with office staff, nurses, and Dr. Rhiner. All were pleasant and helpful. Dr. Rhiner did not try to hurry through and rush me out the door. He LISTENED! (rare these days) Arrived a bit earlier than appointment time. Was seen before appt. time. In and out in less than an hour. Have WAITED more than an hour for some drs... I would send family to this group.

Staff is friendly and Dr. Rihner is a gem!! I will be sending all my family and friends here, if need be. Very professional, but compassionate, throughout the process.

General Info

Dr Michael Monson, a native of Long Beach, Mississippi, joined RGG cardiology in June 2018. He received a degree in biochemistry from Mississippi State University, and then earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he served as chief medical resident. He then completed fellowships in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Mid America Heart Institute. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
