Very displeased with customer service. I went to get my things out of storage on the 1st and was told since it wasn’t at midnight on the 30th so I would have to pay for another whole month. When I asked the lady to explain why I had to pay for a whole month if I was getting it today and I got a dry attitude. I even explained that I didn’t put the stuff in storage so I didn’t have a clear understanding. This is my 1st time ever needing a storage unit and I actually didn’t even need it in there the whole month. I purposely waited til the 1st when my payed time was up. Would never use them again. Would pay more someone else and go further from my house just to not deal with her.

The people were friendly & great to work with. I'm glad I choose them. They were there for anything I needed. Totally recomend them!

The property and unit was exceptionally clean. The sales staff was helpful and I felt comfortable knowing the property was gated and was staffed 7 days a week. They even offered a free month and lock for my unit.
