Save yourself time and a lot of headache and don't use Paulk's. Our moving coordinator was difficult to get in touch with and did not return messages. The movers themselves took hours longer than expected and freely admitted that this was their first move. They lost our bed screws and then Chad at Paulk's continually lied about mailing them to us.To this day we have yet to receive them. The movers did not have cell phones so when they didn't show up for delivery we were left waiting despite being told by Paulk's each time we called that they would get in touch with the movers and call us back which of course they did not. They finally showed up unannounced 18 hours later the following morning. After all that we discovered several items that they packed were broken during the move. Overall the most frustrating and time consuming move we've ever had. DO NOT use Paulk's!
