I used the Mitchell Law Firm to handle my bankruptcy case. If you live in Modesto, Stockton or anywhere Scott Mitchell has a law firm, put down the phone and don't waste your time with 1-800-BANKRUPT!!! You will need to hire an attorney to figure out all the STUFF you will be asked to agree to.
