Donna and crew were simply the best. They took very good care making sure that the windows we ordered were perfect and the installation top notch. We were especially impressed that when the windows arrived at Jerico from the manufacturer, the grid in one of them was off a fraction, (we did the whole house) and Jerico would not accept it. They had the manufacturer send a new one so it was perfect. While this delayed the installation, it was for a very good cause. The installation crew was careful and respectful of our home, not leaving a trace of dust behind. Over the winter, my electric bills have been reduced also - an added bonus!
