Customer service is OUTRAGEOUSLY TERRIBLE. Emails extremely unprofessional claiming I have given threats, then proceeding to threaten ME with legal action. The only threat they received from me was that I would find another company after a month of getting the run around saying (every week)"we should be able to start next week." Be aware that they have zero scheduling process and will show up at their convenience and put in less than 5hrs/day. If you plan to finance, this is especially true. Since they are not immediately receiving all cash (though almost 1/2 of mine was) you are not even close to a priority. Also, check your bill closely. Tried to charge me tax prior to taking discounts or updating price for less service rendered. Luckily I caught it and saved about $200 but I can only imagine how many others have paid it unknowingly.
