This is the worst experience i have had trying to purchase an item. I sent over a purchase order which was placed urgent. They had the parts in stock but wasted two days going back and forth on new information they needed after our company agreeing with their every tedious request. Pam and Debra are incompotent and hopefully if they get someone new in to deal with purchase orders they might be able to turn the place around. No wonder they settled for $1.4 million with the dept of state back in '94. I will never again do business with Equipment & Supply
