Has done work for us twice. First time great deal, quick, clean & professional on a new Douglas fir floor installation. I recommended to a friend. Second time rushed work on an existing floor that needed some patch work, did not complete to our satisfaction & did not want to correct finish problems. Gouged floor & did not sand patches smooth, left very rough with an inconsistent finish. He did say he would apply another coat, but that I needed to sand the floor myself. So, re-sanded the floor myself & brought in another contractor to apply another final coat, since I lost faith in his ability to finish the project correctly. Finish is now consistent, however gouges are very visible. Wanted all the money before he finished. I paid $600.00 for about 4 hours labor & $80.00 materials. A lot of money for very little work and a lot of aggravation. I do not recommend.
