Absolutely amazing service!!! I called and spoke to John, been told that I need shocks on my Camry by two different places. I needed a shop that is open on the weekends so I decided to call Orr Automotive due to the 5 star review on Yelp. John gave me prices right away and his suggestions, then proceeded to call me within an hour and says he would like to check out my car because thinking my problem might now have to do with the shocks. Took car down there...within a few minutes was told my shocks were fine...wear and tear on not so old tires (shaking at 45 mph) was caused by a right front axle that was bent. WOW finally honesty! LOL I thought was going to be outrageous but cheaper to fix that then get the shocks! Plus rotated and balanced tires to get me a few more months in so I can save for new tires. I have definately found my mechanic (being I am a woman) and will go back for my tune-up in which I have already gotten a quote. The place is really clean and they have a Keurig! Great coffee while you wait. Highly recommended and will tell all family and friends.

I grew up in LaVerne and have known about Orr Automotive for a long time. I needed some work done on my Saturn and then again on my wife's Caravan. They were very honest and upfront in both cases about what needed to be fixed. No problems after the service. One thing I also always noticed is that things were clean and this was a friendly place. WOW ! What an exceptional service these guys provide. I am new to the area, and , I just had my drve belt broken on my toyota so i was really worried to find a good mechanic place, so i searched on yelp and found this place for the kind of reviews they had, so took it there. And i am really glad i did. First, as soon as me and my 3 year old walked into their shop, Ken, helped us right away, he even put a nice cartoon for my baby so she kept entertained. Minutes later they offered me a ride to drop us off back home while the car is getting ready. Sally, is the girl who drove us to finish up on our errands and droped us home, and she even took care of setting the car seat . Very courteous people, and very highly professionals. I will definetely bring my cars here for all their needs. Thanks Ken, Sally and of course the guys who worked on it.

Great service, took my car to another shop and they couldnt figure out the problem, the dealership said they couldnt see me for about a week. Then i stumbled across Orr automotive and how grateful i am that i did. While waiting to see what was wrong with my vehicle they put a movie on which seemed to help with the time flying by. Then when i was told it would be sometime before the vehicle would be ready i was offered a chauffeur ride home! first time ever, that was a big plus. Well they have great cusomer service, the price was very reasonable ( which is something i worry about because i wouldnt really know how much car repair should be) and i was in and out very quickly without an appointment. my experience from Bill Powers As I walked through the door into the establishment I felt the worries of my situation dissapearing and I now could suddenly breath. While the technicians were making my problem their problem I was able to watch the hobbit on a big screen with another satisfied customer sitting next to me. After the problem was solved My truck was returned to me and I drove off into the sunset in a truck that never ran better.

The kids need to be unique right! But I get the Audi cause that is my forte. I was looking for a place that was in business for a long time because the last spot left me in a pinch with no warranty in sight cause the doors were closed. Found out they had 2 year 24k warranty that was cross country (one of the main reasons I chose them) and got a quote for my Audi Brakes and service smashed the penske dealer prices by 5 bills as in benjamins people! They helped me to get the dealer to accept the failed part causing me to be out only a partial of what it could of been cause I went with Mr. Quality who closed the doors down the street. They checked out the whole vehicle thoroughly and talked to me about a fuel injection cleaning, I wasn't sure about that but then they showed me all the build up in my engine with a fiber optic camera ..........talk about high tech and knowledgeable friendly staff. Called dealer they wanted $275 more yes more than Orr I could pay it but why when I now have new a place I can call my one stop shop closer to home with a staff that seems well versed in their profession. Honest they are as then soon after all my joy of getting 6 extra mpg cause of the injection service or that is all that could of caused this increase according to work performed, yes that is right 6 extra mpg tested 2 tanks and I track it close being a math guy. Glad to know that cause after my Audi's tip top return to the road my sons Subaru was in a bad way driving like an erratic demon on steroids. Meaning throwing lights and all not going over 35 while jerking all over the road............ thought the transmission was toast even told them that it needs a new transmission. They called me up about an hour and a $235 sensor did the trick, an upstanding decision as to their integrity when I was thinking thousands for a transmission that I sold myself on getting thinking that was the problem and would take a few days time instead a couple hours with a coolant service oil change tire rotation and these Gentlemen stepped up and made it happen in a short period of time with no complaint possible easy o the wallet considering the situation. Top notch guys i see why you are on here with so many good reviews keep it up! You got me for life which says a lot being that I was skeptical when burned by that other shop. Friends family and random people I encounter headed your way.

Needed all 4 struts replaced on my Corolla, called all of the top rated automotive repair centers in my area and these guys gave the best price. They did a free diagnostic and found that indeed the struts needed to be replaced. They also said that the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. Did some research on what they were talking about and it was legit so I went with it. The customer service here was excellent and they were very willing to help me fix my problem. They even drove me to and from my house when the car was being repaired. Overall, best customer service at the best price. Would definitely go again and recommend to a friend.

Always have had great experiences here and realize that this is long over due to recognize the great work that these wonderful mechanics do. Always have been straight forward and not knowing much about my car they are able to tell me what my Toyota needs by my owners manual which is so informative. I know when I go here Nate John and the rest of the professional crew have always served me as though they are my vehicles personal representative they help me to keep my little Camry on the road and let me know what is a priority and what can wait. They just did an amazing job on my brakes stopping on a dime........ I think that is how the saying goes. Take your car here the best in finding the problems I found them years ago after going through 3 mechanics that were just changing parts. Glad to see others on here feel the same way I do. A lot of times they inspect my vehicle before my long trips for free and fill the tires being a single mom 150k on the car and no replacement in sight kept me on the road thank you guys. Brought my subaru in here after all the supposed specialists never found the problem. I heard of this place from a friend at Claremont graduate university and they were better overall value including them solving a overheating problem that was a $20 hose and the other place just kept putting parts on and never fixed the problem. They also let me know that most specialist like bmw mercedes volvo subaru and foreign car places charge more then a repair shop like theirs I checked and that was true seems like if they only do 1 type of car they would be less cause they areore familiar with it.

service that is provided by orr automotive is golden, the most trusted servce i have ever had and honesty is their policy. i am 73 and driving a car i purchased new in 1989, a honda. they have taken care of my car since moving to this area 4 years ago, they don't try to sell service you don't need just maintenence. it is hard today to find and trust the perosn who takes care of your car today. i trust them totally. and fair prices too.
