I am selfishly hesitant to write this review - while great for the business...I overcrowding would be dire as would the care and upkeep to the brand new facilities/machines etc. Excellent - 100% self service, easy parking, always someone available to help if needed. A little pricier than other places, but hey, great quality comes at a higher rate. It is my hope that this facility maintains it's sparkly clean atmosphere and services and that in time it considers extending - to add a small cafe next door with Wif fi and a room with CC TV to see how one's washing is progressing. In short - I have come to prefer going in to this laundromat as needed - spending 90 min to get ALL MY loads washed, dried and folded by myself - to bring it all home ready to wear. Good Job Alvin Place Laundry - just one tip though - on Sports events, keep the tone down...the laundromat isn't a pub and not everyone cares about what is playing on the screen and it spoils the quiet nature of the place!
