      The Capitol Recovery Center, operated by the Chemical Addictions Program, is an adult, short-term crisis, residential facility for the treatment of alcohol and drug addiction. It serves the residents of Montgomery County in Alabama. The Capitol Recovery Center serves meals and provides lodging options to residents. The center conforms to local and state fire, health, safety and building codes and standards. It provides 24/7 staff support and transportation services for medical appointments. The center also offers referrals for continuing outpatient treatment. In addition, the Capitol Recovery Center administers the Transitional Intensive Outpatient Program. The Chemical Addictions Program is a private, nonprofit agency that provides outpatient substance abuse treatment services for residents of Elmore, Montgomery, Autauga and Lowndes counties in Alabama.
