      I have a VA issued power chair that needed repairs. Repairs were attempted and tech did not have required tools (Allen Wrenches). Now my power chair exhibits all the previous problems. Putting in another work order request with VA.

      this place has to be the biggest joke in Alabama. I signed for the wrong item they were to bring not knowing what I found out later. I can not use the item it is to big. It will not fit in my car it will not go into some rooms of my home. It will sit in the corner and collect dust just because THEY say VA said not exchange it. Must be they want to collect twice for the same thing. Well time to all Washington to see about a VA fraud on their part.
