waited over one&half hours and never saw the doctor. He has very poor scheduling practice. I was waiting with my 3 year old and 9 month old. I had the leave to get my other daughter from school. I was told it would take over a month to get another appointment. WHAT! My OB GYN if can't make an appointment rescedules me for the next day. This man doesn't do emergency surgery or deliver babies. He gets alot of business from Tricare since this is a military town. His office is ONLY office in Montgomery that takes Tricare. I will drive to Birmingham then go in this office again. VERY, VERY Poor customer service and scheduling practices. They should be ashamed.

I wish I could give zero stars. This office is full of the most unprofessional staff I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. They blatantly laughed at a patient who was wearing a cervical halo, and joked that she must be there for a bone density test right in front of me. The walls were so thin I could hear the entire conversation going on in the room beside mine. When I told Dr. Fallahi that as a person whose own brother broke his C6 and was lucky to be alive I found the jokes distasteful and they needed a course on compassion, his reaction was "How about you just tell me why you're here". His lack of concern for the quality of care his patients receive says it all. Please go elsewhere!
