It's been a year since they repaired the electric panel in my Viking fridge after it had multiple malfunctions and two other vendors couldn't fix it, and it had worked fine since. Decided to leave them a review (forgot to do it then) after coming across their email from a while ago.

DARS to my home in Virginia the day I called, quickly determined that they needed to replace the water pump and provided a detailed cost estimate (that included a credit for the initial service visit). Two days later they returned with a new pump and quickly installed it (for less than half the price quoted by the manufacturer). The service technician was very knowledgeable. courteous and efficient. DARS is the only shop I plan to use for any of my appliances.

I got a technician that came over a month ago a diagnosed my dryer but never return a call or the calls I made to see how much will be cost for the parts of the dryer to be repair, I have leave several messages with no call back, I was charged $60 and I least the company should have returned the phone call with the cost of repairing the dryer.
Not recommended to work with them. Not serious and kind costumer services

The technician was able to have a look at my oven at short notice and immediately diagnosed the problem. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He did have the part in his truck and was able to repair my oven within half an hour. I would recommend Dars Domestic Services to anyone. The technician provided an excellent service.
