I have grown up in Monticello, IL my and Dr. Wintersteen has been my family dentist for my entire life. He is friendly, entertaining, even sometimes silly, but also has always been able to answer any questions I have about dental services or procedures. He and his staff are competent, intelligent, and out-going and provide a clean and professional office. The only reason I haven't given Dr. Wintersteen 5 out of 5 stars is that due to the high volume of patients and fast-paced office environment, at times the staff can be a bit abrupt. They are never unprofessional, just short and to-the-point but some patients may feel that they are not getting enough personal attention. This has never been the case for me and I have always been satisfied with the service I have received while in Dr. Wintersteen's care. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who lives in the Piatt County area.
