Rented a car by my husband informing the sales representative that it will be for a husband & wife used but only to find out its only good for one person. Decided to rent a smaller car for road test & drove all the to Plymouth from Becker @ 4am, talked to Enterprise personnel if they can do anything about it but their policy is only good for persons who have a valid drivers license. They have not informed us beforehand about any polices or whatsover, wasted $ 63 for 12 hours for nothing.....

Good place to rent a vehicle. Polite and courteous. Only complaint is that I agreed to and accepted one quote and after I returned vehicle I seen a higher amount charged to my card. Tried to contact customer service to no avail. Also never got any return call or contact to try and resolve the issue.

Great Service. Very accommodating. They let me keep a car for a whole weekend even though I had originally only needed it for a day. Thanks for your help Enterprise. Also great rates, nice vehicles. I just got a new car, but will probably be using them again in the future.
