Terrible! The owner, Kevin (doesn't give his last name) showed up for a quote, promised that he is professional. Guaranteed that if I was not happy with the job I would not have to pay. Sent two guys who didn't look as if they knew what they were doing and did not follow instructions. When I complained to owner, Kevin said he would personally come out with them twice but never followed through. The job not only did not get completed as promised, they came every week instead of every other week, ruined my front lawn and landscaping in the back yard. After the third time of screwing up, when I really needed to get in touch with the owner to complain and tell him NOT to send them back, the phone had a full mailbox for days and I could not even leave a message. My scheduled day was right before a holiday. They showed up on a non scheduled day and wanted to mow my lawn for a 4th time, even though they had torn it up so bad it had bald spots from over mowing. It took 4 visits for them to finish the initial cleanup job originally bid on, and they also ruined the landscaping in the back during the cleanup, raked up and threw away a lot of the river rock and left bare areas. as well as left debris behind, left tools laying on the ground, etc.

Stay away from this company. His so called gardeners appear to be just guys off the street with no experience as gardeners. If you want a ruined lawn, then by all means call them.
