We were having problems with the swamp cooler back in May. We couldn't fix it ourselves but knew what the problem was. We had already purchased the parts. We called another business & when they came out we were told it would cost over $400 to fix. They hadn't even looked at the cooler yet. We thanked them for coming but said no thanks if they were giving us a bill before they ever looked at the cooler. I called Weatherbee, Greg came out repaired the problem with the parts we had and didn't charge excessively. Greg is a very professional & ethical business person. The next day I called him back cause cooler wasn't working right. He came over again & the water had been shut off by mistake to the cooler. Greg was gracious & understanding because it was our mistake. (A visitor from out of town had turned the water off.) The cooler was working great for a month or so but than on one of the hottest days yet this year I called that it wasn't cooling very well. Greg came over & discovered that a panel had blown off. I am guessing because of the fierce windstorm we had last week. He found the panel in the neighbors trash & reattached it for me. I will & would recommend his company to anyone. So I woke up this morning with the furnace on the fritz. I couldnt figure out what was wrong so started surfing the net to find someone to help. I found the Weatherbee Heating website and chose it mainly because Greg lives in the neighborhood. When I called the person that answered the phone was very professional. She had me talk with Greg and he said he was able to come in 4 hours. He called when he was 30 min out and came on time. He found the problem within a few minutes and had a new ignitor in his truck. It took him just a few minutes to fix it and I had heat! He was professional while he was in my house. He visited with me while he worked and I felt very good at his job. He even honored the coupon that I found on line under dexknows. I would recommend him to anyone-- even outside the neighborhood! Great Job Greg!

Our furnace went out in February 2011. The hardest part about getting a new system is the run around you receive from many (not all) HVAC contractors. It can be like buying a used car. You just want someone honest that you can trust. Greg was upfront about price and options. He showed me what was wrong with the old (red tagged) system. The work was done quickly and done well. Besides replacing the unit, Greg made recommendations on how to change the air flow for maximum efficiency. We were very pleased as soon as we turned the new unit on. We decided in February to also add central air. We've been using the AC for a week or so and it works great.Like I said, you just want someone you can trust with a task so big. Called Weatherbee late in the afternoon for a Furnace on the fritz...he was able to make it that evening for a look...the bad news was a cracked heat exchanger and that meant a new furnace. The good news was Greg could be there at 8am with the new one. I would highly recommend Weatherbee for your heating and cooling needs. Greg was neat, tidy and very pleasant. Here it is, less than 24 hours from when this all started and I'm sitting in a nice warm house again...just in time for the new year.
