I had to find a vbelt for a washing machine that's more than 20 years old. I couldn't find it online, the manufacturer had no information. Western found it by deciphering the worn off numbers on the worn out vbelt and got it for me the next day. I usually fix my own appliances, but I'll always go there for parts from now on. Actually, since I'm getting a bit (lot) older now, I'll undoubtedly call Western for repairs.

Honest & Helpful- I've gone to these guys a couple of times now just for parts to fix my dryer. I'm handy but don't know a lot about dryer repair, but that didn't matter. They had the parts and a couple of pointers to keep the machine running well. Today they had the part I needed only as part of a larger kit (in stock) or I could wait a few days for the part, I didn't mind paying $20 for the whole kit, but they opened the kit and it only cost me $5. Thanks guys! Next time I need a repairman to come to the house, you've got the job.
