I definitely recommend the pizza. The crust is amazing...crispy, golden goodness...i wish they would open a second location near wake forest

Not a big fan of pizza but Rosati's is the only place for me.
No matter what you order, you will not be disappointed. Fresh ingredients all made from scratch.
Service is exceptional and staff are top notch.
Owners Jim and Judy are very pleasant and always attentive.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner, several nights over the last few weeks, and immediately we were taken aback, and astounded by the service that we received. I have to tell you about our service experience before I tell you about the delicious food.



A very attractive young server, who introduced herself to us as Teresa, was our server. During our entire visit, our drink glasses were never empty, she ALWAYS checked on us, and kept checking on us. That simple gesture made us feel so welcomed, and appreciated. Teresa went above and beyond what any other server that we have ever had, in our multitude of years of dining out has ever gone. Teresa is truly an asset to this restaurant, as well as the food industry as a whole.



There are MANY pizza places in the triangle area, but as long as Teresa is serving at this one, this is where we will dine, when we are looking for an Italian restaurant.

Now, on to the food.



I could have ordered a cardboard box, and as long as Teresa is my server, I would still eat it. Skip ordering the cardboard, and ask for ANY thing on the menu and I can guarantee that you will NOT be let down.



We ordered the Chicago Deep dish pizza and the Spinach & Tomato Garlic Bread. The food is amazing, I have not had a Chicago Deep Dish pizza that yummy and delicious since my US Navy days in Chicago some 20 years ago! We took home the leftovers. Rosati's gets all 5 of my start, and if you happen by for lunch or dinner, make sure that you ask for Teresa, she is by far the best server, most energetic, and bubbly server that I have ever witnessed. It's obvious that Teresa loves her job, simply because she does it so well, and she is never without a smile.

I had the Chicago-style "THICK" pizza (on recommendation) from Rosatti's right after it opened and went back to try the thin pizza. The sauce was great, ingredients supreme to the other "chain stores" and it was sliced in squares - reminded of me a place back in DC that I loved. Great job!

my wife and i visited some friends a few years ago in chicago and we loved the pizza and italian beef while we were there. we haven't had anything close to what we had in chicago until we had dinner at rosati's. the pizza was delicious - thick, great ingredients and sauce. we've been back several times and also recommend the italian beef sandwich and lasagna.
