Terrible lawyer, I knew I should have walked away from her in my initial consultation. Her office was unorganized, she was sloppy, she never returned phone calls, I had to fire her and finish the child custody case on my own, she then had the nerve to bill me for the work I finished, I would never hire her!

I just got back my money from her for a ga guardianship case it took me 5 months to get it I had no invoice sheet of what I was charge for worst lawyer I have ever been to she talked like my friend not a lawyer promised me my money over and over I also would love to report her to the bar out of 1,500.00 I got back 500.00 I have no idea what I paired for I should of read this before I went to her

TERIIBLE, SHE TOOK MY MONEY AND WOULD NOT FINISH MY DIVORCE... PROLONGED EVEYTHING AS A MATTER OF FACT NEARLY $2000 LATER AND IM STILL WAITING FOR HER TO DO THE SIMPLE TASK OF PUTTING AN AD IN THE PAPER! THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE 5 MONTHS AGO! MY DICORCE THAT I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD HAVE DONE IN A TOTAL OF 9 MONTHS IS NOW STILL AT A STAND STILL AND IT HAS BEEN A TOTAL OF 15 MONTHS! ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE AND WHEN YOU FINALLY DO REACH HER SHE IS NOTHING BUT LIES AND EXCUSES!

Susan Dargay is not an organized attorney. Much of what she does is last minute. I was not impressed by her shabby office. The wall paper is literally falling off the walls. That should have told me all I needed to know. She appears harmless in the beginning. Then, as time goes on she begins to blame you for not doing her job.



I was told she would no longer represent me less than 48 hours before a court date that had been rescheduled 3 times previously. I would not recommend her if she offered to pay ME to have her represent me. Does that give you an idea of how unimpressed I have been with her?



I would never use her again. I would never recommend her to anyone.



Am considering having her reviewed by her peers.



An attorney should not take your money unless he/she is willing to be your advocate.



My experience with Susan Dargay is that she is an incompetent attorney who will take your fee and leaving you hanging.



Stay away. Hire a true professional instead. There are too many competent attorneys out there to waste your time, trust or money with the likes of Ms. Dargay.

Susan Dargay is one of the WORST lawyers I have ever encountered. She flip flops on issues, she fails to inform clients, she does everything at the 11th hour, seat of the pants, she is sloppy and oh, sloppy. She is NEVER one to return calls, will leave you hanging, fails to follow thru and you will not get a clear picture of what is happening with your case. If you are considering hiring Susan Dargay as your lawyer, RUN - RUN like the wind to ANYONE else. Do not hire this woman - you will be left hanging, and you will deal with her shenanigans and time wasting BS. She is the worst, and should not be practicing law. I deeply regret hiring this "lawyer". RUN! Run AWAY NOW!!!!!

Susan Dargay was negligent and intentionally harmful in representing me in my divorce case. The house was in my husbands name and I was to forfeit the pension plan for retention of the home. Susan did not protect my interest in the home. She did not prepare a Quit Claim Deed or any document to add my name onto the title. Wells Fargo Bank had to prepare the Quit Claim Deed.



Also, I only received 3 years of alimony. The alimony did NOT qualify me to assume the mortgage. NO research was done as to the criteria needed for me to qualify to own the home.



I was financially devestated and almost had to declare bankruptcy.



Fortunately, I obtained work in 2011 and since I am an accountant, I was able to manage finances through a Debt Management Program that maintained my good credit score.



I was able to refinance the mortgage and have the house in my name. NO thanks to Susan Dargay. She did NOTHING. Even the child support calculations were incorrect.



I filed a greivance with the ethics committee for her poor representation and negligence.

I needed my divorce quick fast and in a hurry. Susan provided wonderful support to me during my time of filing. She was efficient and gave me tons of informaiion. She was attentive to all my needs, and had my divorce sealed and finalized within 8 weeks.



Susan has helped my brother with his divorce and he was extremely happy.

I went through 3 attorneys for my divorce and Susan was the worse one yet. She made promises she didn't keep, was impossible to get a hold of and over charged me on everything and kept all of my personal stuff
