I was unfortunate in that my dog was in congestive heart failure and I went to this place. While the vet was caring for my pet, I had to deal with the reception area. Long story short, they were demanding payment of $3800.00. Not a problem, I wrote a check for the amount. Their machine couldn't run through this check, connected to my brokerage account! This was a clerical issue. At the same time I did not know if my dog was dead or alive. Their focus was on the money and mask wearing and not on my dog. They threatened to not take care of my dog and the vet told me to take him to another hospital. I had to drive him, in critical condition in the dark to find this other hospital. At this time was I upset? You bet, I was beyond being upset. I was terrified he might die. I found the second place, he was taken care of and was released 2 days later. I had similar issues at the second place. So concerned they might not get paid, threats about not treating my dog, yelling at me about not wearing a mask. Their most important concerns were everything else BUT saving my dogs life. By the grace of God my dog is ok now. Of course they got their money, their only concern. My ability to pay was never a problem! Buyer beware! I pray to God that these greedy, cruel and uncaring people get the same exact treatment as I did, if their best friend is ever in danger of death and needs emergency care. This is the last place you need to go in an emergency. Find a place where you will get the care and compassion that you need. This place isn't it!
