I'd give a zero if I could. Customer service is horrible. We've been waiting nearly two weeks just for scheduling. When I finally called to find out what the hold up is, I was told the paperwork for the new dentist was a bit confusing; meanwhile my 15-month-old daughter needs her tooth fixed. It wasn't until I said we'd take our business elsewhere that they promised to do something by the end of the day to get the dental procedure scheduled. Avoid them if you can!
