General Info

Carlynn Crevier, MD, is a internal medicine physician with Ascension. She provides chronic disease management care, and has a special interest in weight loss and preventative health. Dr. Crevier likes to work with her patients to mutually develop a plan of care that incorporates both lifestyle measures and medical treatments to optimize health and quality of life. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, running marathons and nutrition/cooking. Dr. Crevier received the 2018 Top Doctors Award from Milwaukee Magazine.
