      Happy customer

      We stopped in here to get some ideas for our new home and were blown away by the selection. They are offering their annual display sale, so we found several pieces we wanted on closeout with an additional 10% discount! I'm very happy we made the trip here today.

      Wonderful, Helpful Staff

      Andrea was very helpful when I ordered two lights for my client. I ordered from phone and she was quick to put the order through and it came in on a timely basis. One of the chandeliers were too small and I needed to return one. With Andrea on vacation, I thought the process of an exchange would be a painful one...far from it! Jennifer stepped right in and handled the exchange. She was very creative and pleasant in helping me solve the situation. It was truly refreshing to deal with staff that really cares about the customer. I will be sending more customers to Northwest Electric Supply.

      Kitchen Remodel

      Shauna assisted my wife and I with a lighting plan for our kitchen remodel. She really knows her stuff. She made suggestions that we never even thought about. Lighting has changed so much that we had no idea all of the options we had. We were very happy to find Northwest and are very pleased with the results.
