I have never had a bad experience at Massage Envy. I have been going there once a month for the past 6 months or so. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Everything always seems clean to me. I have had some bad massages in Birmingham, but non of them have been here. I think that the quality is great for a low price. My therapists always ask where I want them to focus. They either talk or don't talk based on what I do. They always have a cup of water waiting for me when I finish. The girls at the fron desk are always polite.

I was not very impressed when I came here for a massage. The were talking very badly about one of the therapist working there when I came in. I had to wait for them to finish their gossip before they bothered to greet me or get any information. After quickly checking me in for my appointment one girl told me to go sit in another room and wait for my therapist. Before I could get to the other waiting area they were back to trash talking the therapist that worked there. After seeing this behavior I was quite shocked. I did not feel comfortable at all about being there or the therapist that would be giving me a massage after hearing bad things about the therpaist there from the employees. When I got back to the room the therapist seemed to be in a very bad mood. She was also sweating very heavily and did not smell that good. The massage room was also very dusty and the carpet was filthy. I have had many massages at many places but this was the worst. I will never go back.
