3 hours late (apparently due to scheduling) - kept telling us they'd be there soon, did refund some money due to lateness, they were nice and worked fast, a little too fast dinging our walls and couch

Very poor service, half the time you can't even reach someone at the office number. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
