The service and product is normally great.

I called my order in ad always because I live 15 minutes away in Tuttle and first got put on hold immediately and after waiting 7 minutes a male answered and was looking to speak with Aaron???
When I informed the male I was not Aaron he hung up the phone. Twice I called back and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up. The 4th time I called a female answered and took my order. When we arrived there were only 3 orders on the carryout board and the male that was behind the counter was not in a uniform and not friendly at all.
We didn't think we should have to check our order because normally the pizza is fresh and cooked just right. We got home opened the box and it was so burnt we couldn't even eat it so needless to say the dogs got a good treat that night.
