Horrible management. They damaged my 06 escapade and then refused to repair it. Beware! Very unprofessional

Very very thorough car wash 5 stars all day long, who ever wrote that it was slow must be from up north where they hurry hurry hurry, if u want it done right go here.

I have been going there since the place opened I have never had a problem that wasn't taken care of it was someone had used a rag on my windows that had some armour all on it. other wise i am pleased with the service if i get more then just the car wash i try to make an appointment .I have tried othes before but i am very happy here.

I'm sitting here right now. Slowest car wash ever. One guy working, two others on phone and smoking cigarettes. I'm new to area, will never use this one again.

I just brought my moms car there to be detailed for her birthday. We dropped it off at 8:48am. Not only was it not done until 4:15pm(7+hrs later), when she called around 1pm the guy on the phone was incredibly rude. When she finally got her car back, the interior was damaged and the moulding removed. She confronted the manager about it and he called her a liar. Do not bring your car here. I read reviews while the car was being serviced and it was too late to do anything. This is not the first time and we are not the first ones. The owner and staff should be ashamed of themselves and the business shut down for damaging property. I hope that karma returns full force on them.

There are a couple of places along the Grand Strand that offer similar services, but all fail in comparison to Detrick's! These guys take pride in their work and go the distance when it comes to the details. I have a SUV and a Sedan, and these guys make them look show room new! You will not find a better service for the price!
