The previous review is VERY helpful...nurses make ALL the difference in a physicians office and can make or break a patients experience with that physician.

**Another small note to this particular office...You need to spell check your office's name...you have misspelled "specialists" and frankly, it doesn't make much of an impression on the public if you can't even spell correctly. I'm a retired nurse and I have to think women must wonder what kind of medicine you practice IF you mis- spell your own office name...OUCH!

Dr. Amy King is Fantastic. I have been going to her for years and she is always so caring and concerned about my personal and emotional health as well as my physical health. She makes it a point to get to know YOU as and individual, not just another patient. Dr. King has the best Doctor/Patient rapor I have ever seen in a Doctor. That kind of personalized care and attention is something you cannot buy. My daughter will only go to Dr. King because of the way she makes you feel comfortable the moment she steps through the door. That is important. I highly recomment Dr. King to women of ANY age.

Dr. Heinberger is beyond AMAZING! She is so sweet and takes the time to really explain everything. She has such a warm smile and really goes out of her way to make sure that you are comfortable and to make sure you have everything you need! I recommend her to not only my friends but to everyone. She is by far the best doctor I've ever seen. The ladies at the front desk are equally amazing! They are so nice and welcoming.

Dr. Heimberger is wonderful, and seems very sincere to keep you healthy. The billing clerk does not know how to file claims. Currently investigating. She charges patient before filing with insurance.

I typically don't write reviews like these, but I believe someone should talk about this. I have suffered from anxiety for a few years now, which I can typically control. After years of normal pap results, I had an abnormal one. The next step in the road was to have a colposcopy. Before going in for the colposcopy, I made the nurse VERY aware of the fact that I was anxious, and asked if there was anything they could give me. The nurse said no, and quickly ended the phone call. I was upset, but went in for the procedure anyway with nothing for my anxiety and nothing for the pain; not even a bloody Tylenol.



It was absolutely horrible, as any woman who has experienced it can tell you. I actually stopped breathing and nearly passed out on the table. You can believe I was in tears after the doctor and nurse left. Only as I'm walking down the hall to leave does the nurse ask me if I am okay. Inside, I was screaming, but on the outside I was a mute mess.



I must give Dr. Heinberger credit. She is a great doctor, and I would go to her anytime. I believe if I had discussed my issues directly with her, I would have had much better results. I do recommend her services to anyone, seeing as she is very kind, compassionate, and understanding. She is the only reason I have not taken my care elsewhere.



What I do not recommend is dealing with one of the nurses, Tammy. She is one of the worst nurses I have ever encountered, and seeing as how I worked in a hospital setting for two years, I know my nurses. Not only has she been severely condescending, she shows no compassion for her patients. She very obviously chose to ignore the information I had given her about my anxiety and my previous experiences with it. I cannot say it enough, ask for another nurse.



The billing lady, has always been very nice and kind, which I find helpful after an appointment. The receptionist is nice enough, and I've never had a bad experience with her. The atmosphere is fairly quiet even when there are several patients waiting. The waiting room is a sage like color, and the lighting is not too bright.



Overall, I would rate this facility at 5 stars, were it not for multiple bad experiences with the nurse Tammy.

My visit with Dr. Heimburger was great, as far as you can consider a GYN visit.... The office staff was efficient and professional, and Dr. Heimburger took the time to listen and discuss all my concerns. The exam itself was quick and painless, and she made me feel comfortable with all aspects of the visit. My only concern regarding their office policy for payment requires you leave a credit card on file, even if you have insurance. Even with that as a concern, this office and physician are highly recommended by this patient.

I saw Dr. Amy King on 8/18/08 for a polyp on my cervix. Instead of scheduling a procedure room and time to remove the polyp, she decided to remove the polyp during my exam. Dr. King did not provide any pain relief or anesthesia. She told me it would not hurt. She lied! I was in so much pain I cried through the whole procedure. I was told I was not helping myself because I wasn't breathing correctly and I was not offered any assistance when I was in so much pain I could not stand up or sit up straight nor could I complete a sentence. Neither she or anyone in her office had enough compassion to even offer me an over the counter pain reliever. I spent the whole rest of the day in bed in the fetal position. Take my advice, don't go there!!!!
