Beware!! My husband and I went to Liberty with a easy return....stayed 40 minutes and paid 650.00 for preparation! There was one expensive sheet to do that cost 134.00 but the rest was nickel and diming us to death. I took it to another popular tax preparation place and they looked at my "detailed tax preparation fees sheet." and told me it would be 299.00. We were very shocked and most surprized when our preparer said,"Now for the bad news!, our costs." At the very least we should have been warned up frount. PS Last years prep was 99.00 in our home state, and it was done by a CPA.
